Young Women’s Camp Meeting & Dinner
All tent moms & young women are invited to attend a Pre-Camp Meeting! Come meet your tent mom and start planning some of the fun things you need to do before camp. This meeting and dinner will be held outside under the pavilion at the Susanville Church Building. Check the times below to see what time you need to arrive!
2:00-3:00pm | Tent Mom Meeting
3:00-4:00pm | Young Women meet Tent Moms
4:00-5:00pm | Potluck Dinner for YW & Tent Mom’s
5:00 – 7:00pm | “The Chosen” Movie Night for all Youth
CAMP INFORMATION:
- Camp Theme – Walk With Me
- When is Camp? Monday, August 3rd – Thursday, August 6th for all Young Women.
- 5th years will go on an overnight hike at a time to be announced.
- Camp Fee: $125 for each Young Women / $150 for 5th Years
DROP-OFF & PICK-UP:
- It is the responsibility of the parent to get each girl to and from camp. Because Bucks Lake is so far away, we suggest you carpool with other parents. Drop off for girls is Monday, August 3rd at 10:30am. Please provide a sack lunch. We will not be feeding the girls until dinner time.
- Pick up time is Thursday, August 6th at 11:00am.
- In the registration below you will list who will be picking up your young women. If there are changes during the week, please have the new driver bring a signed note saying it is okay for them to pick up your daughter.
